SFX2 Template?

Posted by jfxberns on Wed, 11/28/2007 - 08:51SFX Design Issues

I love the Spread Firefox theme you erleased for Drupal...

And I am really digging the SFX2 site...

So...

Any chance you will be releasing the SFX2  theme to the Drupal community any time soon?

Profile page content is below the right and left column (cause: clear: both in .profile class)

Posted by roychri@php.net on Thu, 08/30/2007 - 13:43SFX Design Issues

When I go to my profile on SFX (user/XXXX), the whole page content is down at the bottom, below the right and left column (although centered on the page).

I used firebug extension to inspect the CSS and got the whole content to show up without any noticable secondary effect by suppressing the clear: both from the ".profile" class.

 I have not tested in IE or any other browser but I thought this could you give you head start.

 I am no CSS guru so my suggestion might be wrong.

Comments are welcome.

SFX show correctly in IE, but not in FF

Posted by capnkyle on Fri, 03/16/2007 - 00:13SFX Design Issues

I was looking through the promotional images, specifically this page, and it renders just fine in IE, but in FF, all the pictures are overlapping and impossible to see.  Anyone else getting this issue?  If not, is there any fix on my side?

Terrible to see a FF page not render correctly in their browser.

fix for drupal.css error at user page

Posted by Jan Steffen on Thu, 03/08/2007 - 10:06SFX Design Issues

Who isn't annoyed when he is looking at a user page at sfx and has to scroll waaay down to see the real content?

The problem is a simple error in line 414 of the drupal.css stylesheet:

.profile {
clear: both;
...

That pushes the whole content below the left handed menu. Deleting the clear:.. line or replacing it with clear:none; fixes the problem, with now side effects as far as I can see.

Perhaps  the admins can fix this.

For the record: I found the problematic css-entry with the help of the Webdeveloper Toolbar and found and tested the fix with a userstylesheet created with Stylish. Two great extensions every Webdevelper should have.

Cheers, Jan
