Restarting the Technical Support Redundancy.
Thanks to the repeated lack of foresight from the sfx team, the Thunderbird forums are believed to be technical support, as there is no such thing as the Mozillazine Forums.
There is a l r e a d y seven posts asking for support, and only one about a spread thunderbird team (created before all the tech support ones, interestingly enough). This is the 9th post in these forums, and it's to complain that they weren't set up right, as the current description of "Thunderbird Forums" is "Thunderbird Forums", so as we don't bar tech support, guess what people will want?
I have already taken the liberty of responding with a copy/paste form post for each one, as that's what bjorn is currently doing to combat the "i didn't read the description telling me to post in the mozillazine forums, but i do apologize if i posted in the wrong forums" posts. The ability to fix this is available, and I've detailed a possible fix. I know it's possible, as "create content" didn't have "image" for a while (i think), and the only way to submit was from the "spot the fox" sidebar thing.
Please, admins, see what's happening and take into consideration the ideas of solving it. There may be something good in there.
