Advertising Firefox Other Ways

Hello all, does Firefox have a budget to advertise other ways than via the internet? I am thinking they could advertise on media like Postaroo, only I think radio would be a better choice than television. With radio, Firefox could target smart working people while at work where they are likely to be using the internet. Radio is also much less expensive than television.
