Firefox hoax site making money?

When searching "firefox" in google.com (english) a payed
link is displayed on top of the page. this link takes you to a page from where you can download firefox 3.0 (?!) but it's actually pointing to google's firefox toolbar. this link is a adsense link, meaning it's making the site owners money.

 shouldn't this site be banned from google?

I've seen several sites that seem to be giving users bad downloads.  All we can do is spread the word to get rid of these confusing hoax sites.  Many of the troublesome sites seem to be advertising Fx3 and even Fx4.  I believe I remember seeing a site trying to sell Firefox 7!

Weird!
