Firefox help

Hi everyone. I hope someone here can help. Im simply love Firefox but when i open it, it crashes on me and i get an error propt. I did everything from uninstalling, deleting the folders to trying to find that profile.ini that they asked me to do. Nothing works. It mentions Kernell32.dll on the  little prompt. Is there someone that can help me. If not thank you anyway. im desperate.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. This is the community marketing site for Firefox, so you're probably not going to get many responses here. The main source for Firefox support is the community run MozillaZine.org.

I did a quick search there on "kernel32.dll" and found a discussion that might help you.
