Where to find F/F 1.0.6 in French

You can get the current version in all available languages here http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html.

There's also a link to older version at the bottom if you really want them. I can't give you a direct link, because you didn't say which OS you use. But please beware that the even Firefox 1.5 is not maintained any more. No more security updates!

I highly suggest that you use the latest version of Firefox which you can download the French version at Mozilla.com.
But if you must use 1.0.6, then you can find it here.
Keep in mind that version dates back to September of 2005 and you may encounter possible security risks by using it.
