Drupal Scalability

Great site! I am doing some research on Drupal - The content management
system used by the site. I'm looking for some data to show the scalability
of Drupal for a web site. Can you give me some statistics, like the number
of subscribers to the site, the number of unique per day that come to the
site? This would really help me out.

Some numbers, no records though

I run five Drupal sites, but none of them are very large (maximum of about 150 nodes on one, at most 200 daily hits).

Some really huge sites you should check out (don't know if they have public statistics, but the admins may answer if you send a question to the right address): The Onion, OurMedia.org, and this site.
Oh, and drupal.org itself, of course.
