Tell us why you love firefox
Hi everyone,
We are another group of Stanford students working on spreading Firefox. What struck our group doing research is that hardly anyone that uses firefox knows the story- that it's open source software created by a non-profit organization, or that it is much safer to use than internet explorer.
We are creating a website to tell that story, and to capture the reasons that all of us use firefox. The plan is to spread the story via email that points people to this website. The reasoning behind it is that emails is the kind of thing that spreads very quickly among non tech savvy people, and the website will be very authentic because the stories are coming straight from the people that use firefox.
