I don't know if this already exists or not, but it would be VERY useful if there was an addon for Fx that automatically recognized different languages and changed it to a user-define language.

There is the Quick locale Switcher to change the language of the UI (Menus and that), but of course it doesn't recognise automatically which language the user in front of screen prefers.

There is the Dictionary Switcher to change the language used for spell checking. It even has autodetection based on TLD.

And there are multiple tools for web page translators like Babelfish or Google translator. FoxLingo or this one for example. (see the Language Category at Mozilla-Add-Ons for more)
