Will there be a lot of big changes in Firefox 3?

As with each new version of Firefox,
Firefox 3 will provide many new improvements,
to keep Firefox the best browser available.

But we should be focused on continuing to
get the word out about Firefox 2 because
there are people still using 1.5.

I was using the FireFox and when I click in update I got the 1.5, only downloading manually that I got the FireFox 2. I think that is the why some people are still using the FireFox 1.5.

Actually, yes. FF3 will use Gecko 2.0, and every update FF has ever had ;)

Current Gran Paradiso branch uses Gecko 1.9, not 2.0, afaik...
