buzzen plugin

When i went to chat on buzzen through firefox i was given a link to download a plugin for it and the link didnt work, where else can i find the plugin to use buzzen? Ali.

buzzen plugin for mozilla firefox 2.0.0.2

I have downloaded the latest version of firefox and went to the buzzen site. After having downloaded the NPPGWRAP.EXE plugin, I was able to chat.
I should tell you that I have an older (RELIABLE) compaq presario.

  My fiance has an almost brand new HP desktop. She had also downloaded firefox 2.0.0.2 and ALSO had downloaded the NPPGWRAP.EXE plugin to chat at the buzzen site.

  The problem is this: every time she attempts to go to the buzzen chatsite, she is confronted by a page that tells her to download Mozilla Firefox and to ALSO download NPPGWRAP.EXE.

  Now how is it that I can go to buzzen and chat, but she cannot ? Any tips ?
