Uninstall program corrupted

I don't know if I'm in the right place, but I'll go ahead anyway.  I need another copy of the uninstall program for Thunderbird.  When I try to use the uninstall program, a message says it is corrupted.  I need to get rid of it and start over.  Can anyone point me to the right direction?  (It's not on the add/remove list of Windows)

Try the file UninstallThunderbird.zip or (for Firefox)  UninstallFirefox.zip

The better place for these kind of questions would be the support-page.
