Mozilla and Firefox Games

Posted by ken on Wed, 06/21/2006 - 03:18

We all know that Firefox is fast, secure and customizable, but what about fun? Now it can be.

I’ve been working on a personal project for a couple of weeks now and I’m ready to share it with everyone. The project is creating games for fans of Firefox and Mozilla products.

I’ve started off with the following classic games;
Tic Tac Toe, Word Search, Jigsaw puzzles, Concentration (my fav) and a few others, with all games having a Mozilla flavor.
Each game costs only $29.95 U.S. dollars, nah I’m kidding, I made them because I love Firefox.

Very special thanks to  GraphicsGuru.com for making the M games logo.

I’ve recently updated the Mozilla Memory Game so that all of the pieces pertain to Mozilla.
Enjoy

Nice selection of logos and great improvement on the previous version.

Edit: How could we represent IE and Fx in the battleship game?

I had experimented with the graphics.
It shouldn't be too hard.
I'll e-mail you later.

The Mozilla-related logos should make things more memorable to me.

Here’s yet another Firefox game. It’s the classic 2 player game Connect 4 Mozilla style.
What you can do is to find a friend that uses IE, play the best out of 5 or whatever, and if you win, your friend has to download and try Firefox. If your friend wins then, well I’m not sure, maybe wash their car or something.

Can you add a reset button to the Mozilla Drop Game?

I wish that I could take credit for the JavaScripts but they're not mine. Credits are in the source codes.
I modified the images, sizes, text etc.
Good to see you around. :)

Very Cool site Ken.  I like all the information you can get and the links are full branches.  I can see this site turning into a hefty one.

I appreciate the comment.
The site has grown quite a bit but it needs some serious coding work. I'm in the process of learning CSS and hope to have the site re-done within the next 10 years (lol).
Good to see you back around.

Here's another game that allows you to use a machine gun, flame thrower and more with IE as the target.
The game is actually called stress but by downloading the wallpaper, you can use the weapons to put a few more holes into IE (as if there weren't enough).

I’ve just added another version of Mozilla Tic Tac Toe to the games list.
This one allows you to play against IE (computer).
