The license for the material is legally unenforceable - it consists of 6 bullet points and I eagerly await the day when someone tears it apart in court

I don't care. I made that license in my spare time while I was grooming my cat. It's only there to specify some things I wanted users to follow. It's just like laws, they require people to follow them. If the entire population of the world decides to go against the law, police can't do anything about it. In this case, laws can't be legally enforcable either, at least, not fully. Yet, why do we still have them? Because they help set GUIDELINES for proper behaviour, but only guidelines.

Now focus on the actual work please.

A bit technical for the average Joe, but still a very good idea.

If it's important, send me a PM

The average joe would probably be using IE because it came with their computer.

Well, meanwhile, Firefox is targeted to the mainstream-market.

Why would we be here otherwise?
