Firefox Ad

I don't know how to code HTML, but have this as a popup/popunder on your site.

Awesome graphic! Can I use it on my site?

If we are going to have a Firefox pop-up why not have If You Used Firefox You Wouldn't See This

Personally, I find popups/popunders annoying and rude. I think buttons on your site, or an image like this on a dedicated page would be more effective than a popup, since a user is more likely to close the window without giving it notice, just because it looks like an ad. I encourage you not to use popups for spreading Firefox, but make it more personal like you really want users to switch, and not like you're advertising a product.

I don't mean not to mass-advertise, but if you've got a smaller audience, that are more likely to respond to a button and some text describing why Firefox is better, than to a banner like that(this is usually the case), then don't use the banner.

Next question is, how soon will we see a version of Firefox that prevents this style of pop-up/pop-under?

I made another one as well.  This one is smaller, but cooler looking. (I think). If the animation is done before you reach this post, click refresh or F5.

This has a lot of potential. I don’t see the animation but the graphic itself is really cool. I would just adjust the colors.

Impressive. I think it's very cool. I agree with the other commentators in that popups and popunders are a bad way of advertising, but those graphics are very attractive, and they could be used in other ways to promote Firefox. Good job!

I called them pop-ups/pop-unders because I could not think of a better term for something that size.
