Say Cheese! 

Get out your camera and take a picture of your yourself, family, friends, cat, dog or anyone that’s passing, say cheese and smile as you take your photo with your monitor displaying our celebration page.

Then simply upload your photographs for all the see!

Edit - Please select "upload your celebration photos here" from the gallery selection drop down menu

We want to see people from all around the worlds share in the 100 million celebration! So get your pictures up here to say well done to Firefox and give a shout out to your town and country!

The top ten best pictures win coupons to grab free yummy Mozilla Store goodies to celebrate Firefox reaching 100 million downloads.

Edit - Instuctions on how to upload your photo!

  1. Go to the image upload page                                                                 
  2. Add a tile to your image upload.

  3. Select “100 Million celebration gallery” from the drop down
    list of galleries.

  4. Select browse button, pick your image from your HDD and upload your image.

  5. Add a description.

Have pic of fx party celebrating 100million can't upload

I had a firefox party and just barely got around to uploading the pics (couldn't find my usb transfer cable), but I can't figure out how to upload them. The supposed upload page says I'm not authorized.

What size the picture?

Hello,

What a funny idea!

However, the upload page doesn't seem to give you a maximum size for the picture. Mine is big (1024x768, 110KB) but if if make it smaller it is no longer sharp. I have to makedo without a camera or a webcam but used the Gimp to paste two heads from a real photo.

Welll I uploaded it, big as it was - it worked, though the date isn't displayed, for some reason. Drupal makes a pretty good job though the collection of thumbnails is a bit chaotic: ?q=image/tid/82

suggest deleting it and re-adding it

Maybe delete it and re-add it under the 100 million day, upload your portrait with celebration page gallery at the top level. Either that, or just try to edit the photo and change the gallery location.

small celebration

we did our own celebration, but it was just few of us that work together and we had no camera....  :(

 but that didnt stop us to put big banner on front page of our site...... 

 

GO FIREFOX!!!!! go Open Source......  we plan to introduce special service for companies here in Croatia that will deal with Open Source vs. M$..... and benefits of OS model......

 

more good news soon  :)
