how does one obtain buttons where there is no text ?

Hope someone can help/advise. I've ben experimenting with adding different FF buttons to emails. I've been able to successfully use a few from the Affiliates page (some work fine, but some only come out as a picture with no hyperlink to FF.)
I really wanted to associate a Spanish button with one of my pop accounts. I've come across a few (http://www.spreadfirefox.com/?q=image/tid/72) However, there only seems to be images of the buttons & I don't know how to get this as a button in my email.
No doubt it's simple, but I don't know how to do it
