My ad needs proofreading!

Hey there fellow firefox spreaders. I've just made an ad for firefox and I need some suggestions. I think it still needs much improvement i.e. photo and layout, but when doing the "proofreading" on your own work you tend to not pay attantion to the bad things. I need your thoughts. Here is the link: http://img254.echo.cx/img254/1700/multitasking9ga.png Thanks, Ed. :-)

If I may make one suggestion...I think the "over 46 million users. open source. free download. make the switch today" part could be put into a bulleted list for better layout? I also think that the "free download" could be replaced by something like "absolutely free", since a lot of sites offer a "free download" of a product, which means you download a free trial. We want people to know that FF is totally free. Not criticising, just thought I'd add a suggestion.

Great ad, I hope I see it one day on the internet!

Regards,
-Mike

I think the small text should be BLACK. Blue and yellow would make it hard to read as well.

Although I think that the ad is of high quality, I have one qualm. It's really hard to read the smaller white print on the yellow background. I would suggest either darkening the shade of yellow, or (what I think is a slightly better idea) go to a shade of blue for the text. Either way, you don't want to over emphasize the subtext over the title, so changing the title's color as well might be advisable. Best of luck.

1) What is your site's primimary auditorium (target)?
a. If it is dummy users (eg. house wives) use simpler language, please.

2) Find synonyms for your key word "multytasking" and chose the best. Then, explaine it more clear.

Nice try, keep improving.
Good luck.

P.S If you are interested, let me know, please. I should go to work now and cann't write more.

But I do have a suggestion, depending upon who you want to target.

If you're targetting less technical users, you may want to see if you can find a way to remove all of the "CSS" buttons and the extras on the Firefox toolbar, but keep the tabs, so that they're clearer. If you are targetting the more tech and programming savvy, the Firefox browser image is perfect.

And I have one minor proofing question: is it "opensource" or "open source?" I'm not particularly technical, so my grammar suggestion may be wrong ;-)

I love the ad :-)

I'd agree with this suggestion, and also suggest perhaps opening up some tabs using either well-known sites or, if you have a particular target in mind, sites they might frequent. (Make them think "hey, I can do my banking online while I read the news while I find some recipes while I...")
