Download Odometer

In response to a request by Blake Ross to find innovative ways to use the Firefox download feed, I've taken a stab at the "odometer" effect he proposed.
The result is a live counter that ticks the downloads down as they happen in real-time. It still needs some work, but it's quite accurate and re-syncs with the official count every minute or so.
