Logo and trademark questions

From MOzilla.org:

"The default logos in CVS which are built into Firefox and Thundebird by default (i.e. the globe without the fox, and the original blue bird) are explicitly not protected as Mozilla trademarks. The files themselves are available under the mozilla.org tri-license; you can do anything you like with them under those terms."

Ok! Where can I get the logos mentioned above and does anyone know what the mozilla.org tri-license says about the logos. I tried to get an answer by reading the mozilla.org pages, but have not found the exact info.

My idea is to promote Mozilla software by providing free cell phone wallpapers with different Mozilla themes. According to mozilla.org copyright policy it would be ok to distribute the original logos for personal use as cell phone wallpapers. What I also would like to do is to

- resize the logos so that they better fit for cell phones (would not make any changes in the logos itself only resize the images.

- make Mozilla cell phone themes (used on new smart phones). Do do this I would need to use a logo as a part of a theme (Link to theme f.a.q. page: http://www.about-nokia.com/nokia-theme/theme-info.php).

- Use the default logos in CVS (metioned above) and create new wallpapers and themes.

Anyone know what of the 3 things mentioned above is ok according to the mozilla logo/trademark license?

Hi,
As far as I understand, you can do the above as long as you don't crop or change the logo.
